Agilius does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under CCPA/CPRA.

C. VCDPA (Virginia residents) and other U.S. state privacy laws You have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal information; access, correct, or delete your personal information; obtain a portable copy of your data; and opt out of processing for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling (we do not currently engage in these activities). You may appeal a decision regarding your request by contacting us at the email below.
